Campus Recruitment

There are several ways to apply for a position while on campus at HoganTaylor. Being active at Beta Alpha Psi and Accounting Society events, we encourage you to seek a representative out from our Firm. We enjoy taking you to dinner and dessert so we can get to know each other better.

We actively recruit interns from campus who are in their junior and senior year so they can gain the valuable experience of working in public accounting. We are proud to say we offer the region’s only split internship that provides you the experience of working in both tax and audit to determine what you really want to do when you grow up!

Applying

To apply for an intern or entry level position form campus, make sure and submit your resume at your campus career services. We will post our positions and encourage you to apply for the position that grabs your attention.

Interviewing On Campus

Once we make our selection of who to interview we will make an appointment with you to interview on-site at your Career Services Center. Our team of professionals annually descend on your campus in the fall to interview with you. The interview normally last approximately 30 minutes. During the interview our team of professionals will review your general accounting knowledge, your presentation and communication skills and your ability to be successful in our culture. Once the interview process is complete on campus we will invite the best and brightest candidates to the next level of interviews which is an on-site visit at our Firm.

Visiting Our Firm

After we make a selection of candidates to join us for an on-site interview, you will be contacted by our recruiter to schedule a visit at our Firm. During your onsite interview we recommend you bring questions regarding our working environment, challenges in the accounting industry and future growth within the public accounting industry.

Once our on site interview process is complete, we will make a decision if you are the right fit for HoganTaylor. We take our hiring decisions very seriously at HoganTaylor. It may take up to one or two weeks for our Firm to assess all applicants. After the interview process, we will notify you where we are and will contact all applicants once a hiring decision has been made.
