Our on-site interview process begins by meeting with a team of professionals specific to your relevant experience. During the interview you will meet with professionals at all levels of the organization which includes face time with Partners, Senior Managers, Managers and staff.
We realize the interview process is not one sided. As we are seeking dynamic employees, we acknowledge you are seeking the right professional working environment. During your onsite interview we recommend you bring questions regarding our working environment, challenges in the accounting industry and future growth within the public accounting industry.
Once our onsite interview process is complete, we will make a decision if you are suitable for our opening. We take our hiring decisions very seriously at HoganTaylor. It may take up to one or two weeks for our Firm to assess applicants. After the interview process, we will notify you where we are and will contact all applicants once a hiring decision has been made.
