Robert leads the Advisory practice at HoganTaylor. He has more than 30 years of accounting and executive experience, including 22 years as CFO of a $100MM public company as well as 5 years as an auditor for Price Waterhouse. Most recently, he co-founded and managed a successful CFO consulting practice providing C-Level financial management services to companies ranging from $3MM to $100MM in annual revenues. This practice was merged into HoganTaylor LLP in 2013 to form HoganTaylor’s Advisory practice.
Robert has managed the acquisition more than a dozen businesses from negotiation of letters of intent through final purchase agreement and subsequent integration of operations. He has experience in arranging senior debt financings, managing working capital, business turnarounds, preparing SEC filings, and improving business processes to trim administrative costs and improve cash flows. In his tenure as a CFO, Robert served six different CEO’s all with varying business and financial experience and made dozens of presentations to board members, investors, and shareholders. He also has experience managing human resource and benefits functions, order processing, contract administration, and litigation.
