Todd is a Consulting Manager within HoganTaylor’s Human Capital Strategies practice. Leveraging over 20 years of experience in both Fortune 500 and growth oriented entrepreneurial organizations, Todd assists executive teams in the development and execution of their human capital strategies. Clients typically range from start-up to major mid-market firms. Over the course of his career, Todd has performed HR functions at all levels working within a variety of industries including professional services, technology, restaurant and hospitality, retail, healthcare and energy.
Prior to joining HoganTaylor, Todd served as CEO of an HR Consulting and Management firm he founded. Previously, Todd worked as a governmental affairs professional for Southwest Airlines, lobbying on behalf of the airline at the federal, state and local levels.
In addition to providing overall HR Leadership, Todd has developed expertise in HR Outsourcing, HR Compliance, Performance Management, M&A Due Diligence of HR, Organizational Design, Strategic Planning and Facilitation, Culture Development and Emotional Intelligence Training.
