Biography
Richard joined the Oklahoma City office of HoganTaylor’s predecessor firm, Hogan & Slovacek in 1992 as a staff auditor. In 1997, Richard joined the Senior Management team of Tinker Federal Credit Union, serving as Director of Internal Audit. In 1998, Richard returned to Hogan & Slovacek to manage the audit practice in Oklahoma City and became a shareholder in February, 2000.
Richard has extensive experience in providing auditing and consulting services to the credit union industry. Additionally, Richard has experience in SEC reporting and registration matters, as well as the manufacturing, non-profit, service and insurance industries. Richard is also a qualified peer reviewer in the AICPA and SECPS peer review programs.
Richard graduated from the University of Central Oklahoma in 1991 with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and earned his Master in Business Administration from Oklahoma City University in 2001. He is a member of various professional organizations and serves as a United Way allocation volunteer.
