During your on-site interview, you will begin by meeting with a team of professionals specific to your relevant experience. You will have the benefit of talking with professionals at all levels of the organization – partners, senior managers, managers and staff – so you can learn as much about HoganTaylor and our culture as we wish to learn about you.
We realize the interview process is not one sided. As we seek dynamic employees, we know you are also seeking the right professional working environment. During your interview we recommend you bring questions regarding our working environment, challenges in the accounting industry and the opportunities for future growth within HoganTaylor and the public accounting industry.
Once our onsite interview process is complete, we will make a decision if you are suitable for our opening. Because we take our hiring decisions very seriously, it may take up to two weeks for our firm to assess all applicants.
Once all applicants have been interviewed and a hiring decision has been made, we will contact you with our decision.
