HoganTaylor LLP, one of the largest business advisory and public accounting firms in Oklahoma and Arkansas, is pleased to announce a merger agreement with RainRock IT Services. Starting today, RainRock will begin doing business as HoganTaylor Technology.
HoganTaylor Technology is a newly formed subsidiary of HoganTaylor, encompassing all of the Firm’s information technology service offerings including managed services, outsourced CIO and technology solutions, cybersecurity services, and IT strategy and assessments.
“Over the years, many clients have expressed frustration with their struggle to manage complicated technology on their own,” Cody Griffin, lead partner of HoganTaylor Technology, said. “Joining forces with RainRock to create HoganTaylor Technology allows us to offer clients technology solutions they can count on so they can spend more time on what matters most to them—growing their business.”
RainRock is an IT Managed Service Provider (MSP) offering integrated IT solutions for high-growth companies. For more than a decade, RainRock has served a diverse array of clients, ranging from small, locally-owned companies to major corporations. Once the merger is finalized, RainRock staff will continue to serve clients from their two Oklahoma City office locations.
“We’re very excited to be joining HoganTaylor. The merger allows us to offer RainRock clients a much wider range of solutions to their Information Technology challenges,” Tom Morgan President of RainRock said. “In addition, the RainRock team members will benefit from being part of a larger organization that focuses on personal and professional development. It’s a true win-win.”
