Sara, who has nearly 20 years of business and human resource experience, will play an instrumental role in HoganTaylor’s Human Capital Strategies practice, which provides human resource outsourcing, strategic planning facilitations, team-based training, executive coaching and a wide variety of other services.
Prior to joining HoganTaylor LLP, Sara worked as a private consultant, serving clients in the areas of human resource program development, process improvement, and change management.
Sara is a member of the Oklahoma City Human Resources Society (OCHRS). She earned a Master of Public Administration (MPA) and a master’s certificate in finance and budgeting from the University of Texas at Arlington. Harris also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business and Human Resources Management from Simpson University in Redding, Calif.
