HoganTaylor Announces Name Change for Wealth Management Subsidiary

HoganTaylor LLP, one of the largest business advisory and public accounting firms in Oklahoma and Arkansas, is pleased to announce that the wealth management subsidiary of the Firm will begin doing business as HoganTaylor Wealth.

HoganTaylor Wealth, formerly known as Disciplined Investments, specializes in a holistic approach to wealth management for individuals, families, and business owners. Along with the Firm’s other business advisors, HoganTaylor Wealth professionals coordinate their clients’ investment, tax, estate, and insurance protection issues.

“This name change solidifies the relationship between HoganTaylor and HoganTaylor Wealth,” Todd Wisdom, CEO of HoganTaylor Wealth, said. “We wanted a name representative of the unified way wealth management fits within the HoganTaylor framework so that everyone would be aware of the additional services they may already be receiving as a result of that synergy.”

HoganTaylor Wealth clients will not experience a change in their service. Current personnel assignments and methodology within the wealth management practice will not change.

“It’s an exciting time and we look forward to an even brighter future together,” Randy Nail, CEO of HoganTaylor, said. “This new name makes it clear that, whether it’s HoganTaylor, HoganTaylor Wealth, or HoganTaylor Technology, clients will receive the same level of service and the access to resources they would expect from a top 100 accounting firm.”

The fee-only management subsidiary has been doing business in Tulsa and Oklahoma City for more than a decade and recently expanded its practice into Arkansas. There are now HoganTaylor Wealth professionals in the Firm’s Fayetteville, Ark. office, including CEO, Todd Wisdom, and Senior Advisor, Austin Bryan.

“After the success HoganTaylor Wealth has had serving clients in Oklahoma, we were excited to offer clients wealth management solutions in Northwest Arkansas,” Austin Bryan, HoganTaylor Wealth Senior Advisor, said. “It didn’t take long for us to realize that our reach had expanded not just in Northwest Arkansas, but to clients in Little Rock and throughout the state.”
