Megan serves as a Coordinator on the HoganTaylor Talent team. Prior to joining HoganTaylor, Megan was the recruiting coordinator at Talent Acquisition Group where she oversaw the scheduling logistics for the internal team as well as for clients and candidates. Talent Acquisition Group merged into HoganTaylor's talent practice in 2024.
Megan also worked as a recruiting coordinator at Snapchat where she was responsible for handling the coordination duties for a small team of technical recruiters. She also brings years of experience in administrative and project management work.
