Paige Rice serves as a Coordinator on the HoganTaylor Talent team. In this capacity, she partners with the HTT team to maintain high-quality recruiting data and reporting to ensure accuracy of all talent profiles and contact information. Additionally, she supports the client update process through agenda development, project reports, and meeting scheduling while providing calendar management assistance for HoganTaylor Talent Principals as needed.
Paige has a strong background in recruitment and human resources within the nonprofit sector. Prior to HoganTaylor, her career began at BridgePoint Associates, where she first served as a Recruiting Assistant. Due to her dedication and exceptional performance, she was promoted to Associate Recruiter, specializing in candidate outreach and project coordination for nonprofit organizations. Paige then transitioned to Red Rock Behavioral Health Services as an HR Corporate Recruiter. In this role, she was instrumental in fulfilling internal positions within the organization, which provides essential mental health services and addiction treatment to adults and children.
Paige holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus in Human Resource Management from Oklahoma State University. Her commitment to providing excellent service and enhancing her coordination skills continues to drive her success at HoganTaylor.
