Sara is a Consulting Manager at HoganTaylor LLP. She provides consulting services as part of the Firm’s Human Capital Strategies practice with a focused presence in the Oklahoma City market. With nearly 20 years of business and HR experience, Sara has spent much of her career strategizing with leaders on how to best implement technology, streamline operations, and manage organizational change. She serves the Firm’s clients with a passion for people and processes in support of client strategies, goals, and objectives. Sara’s strength as a consultant lies her unique ability to evolve an executive strategy into an actionable work plan and manage the overall delivery down to the last, minor detail.
Sara began her HR career while serving in the U.S. Army and, shortly thereafter, with Citigroup’s Corporate HR Shared Services Center. As she continued in her career, Sara moved into small to medium sized organizations, primarily in the public sector, managing efforts to streamline people operations.
In 2012, Sara branched out with an HR Technology firm and began providing high value, strategy-focused consulting services to clients and new customers. Working with HR and business leaders, she guided the design and development of new processes and rollout strategies aligned with the organization’s policies and practices, all while ensuring adherence to a variety of compliance requirements. Her positive relationships with clients and successful projects earned her the Strategic Services MVP Consultant of the Year award in 2013. In late 2014, Sara began to spend her time as a private consultant, serving clients in the areas of HR program development, process improvement and change management.
